The original of this piece is in the Chappell Collection curated at the Anasazi Heritage Center, Dolores, Colorado and it was there that I studied it. It is cataloged as an earlier type--Manco B/w but I believe I can make a strong case for my classification as McElmo. It fired a wonderful white, probably the whitest piece I've ever fired although this image doesn't show it.
